Trampolining Classes
Based at Herts & Essex Sport Centre, Beldams Lane, CM23 5LH
Day :Â Monday | Ages :Â 5Â plus
Trampolining classes take place on a Monday afterschool up until 8pm and there will be up to 23 children in these classes divided across 5 trampolines.
The gymnasts will work towards the British Gymnastics Trampolining Proficiency Award Schemes. They will learn core skills, such as shaped jumps and twists, seat, front and back landings, this then progresses on to more advanced skills of linking moves and somersaults.

Day :Â Wednesday | Ages :Â 5Â plus
Trampolining takes place on term time Wednesdays at 4:45pm and follows the same structure as our classes at Herts & Essex.
Fees

£44.95 each month for a weekly class
The annual Stortford Gymnastics membership is £25.50 per year and includes your insurance
Classes run throughout the year except 2 weeks at Christmas & Easter, and Bank Holiday Mondays in May and August. The monthly payment is the same every month, as it takes account of the holiday breaks.
